The Golden Bar Award was established
to recognize employees for being creative, innovative
and ingenious in their daily roles. The recipient
of the award is responsible for nominating fellow
employees for exemplary performance and passing
the award on. The award is a gold plated, precision
ground bar mounted on a wooden plaque.
