Unlike many companies that distribute gages, the PinGage Division manufactures its own line of ultra-precise gages to validate precision measurements with absolute accuracy. With in-house manufacturing capabilities, we can ensure process control and maintain the highest quality standards. Products include thread measuring wires, gear measuring wires and cylindrical plug gages. We offer cylindrical lapping services on customer supplied material or components.

PinGage also supplies optical flats along with calibration and inspection services on your existing products. All calibrations are traceable to NIST.

Thread Measuring Wires* – used to measure the pitch diameter of threaded gages as well as threaded components.
