POSITION: Operations Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
What We’re Looking For:
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fun, employee-focused environment with a growing manufacturing company. Reporting to the Operations Manager are Manufacturing Technical Leads and associates on day shift, a Material Handling Manager, a Night shift Manufacturing Manager, and a Production Control Supervisor. You will lead a team of close to 70 associates.

We’re 21st century artisans – utilizing state-of-the-art technology and old-world craftsmanship to provide precision metal bars, pre-production blanks, and material preparation services to companies machining high precision components for a host of industries, such as medical device, aerospace and automotive – helping them achieve success through streamlined operational excellence.
